1. How much does it cost to have my house cleaned by DIAL-A-MAID?

2. Why does first cleaning cost more?

When DIAL-A-MAID visits your home for the first time we give you our “Detailed Clean” with include baseboards, window sills and we clean many places most normal people never touch. We call this hidden dirt and most people do not see it but it’s there and we tackle this on our first clean.

3. Is my service guaranteed? If so, how?

Yes, it is! If you are not completely satisfied with any cleaning call us within 24 hours of the visit and we will come back to your home and make it right.

4. How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?

To get a specific day or time please schedule at least two to three days in advance.

5. Does DIAL-A-MAID provide cleaning services in my area?

DIAL-A-MAID provides complete house cleaning services in Allen, Carrollton, Colleyville, Coppell, Dallas, Denton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Grapevine, Highland Park, Highland Village, Lantana, Las Colinas, McKinney, Murphy, Plano, Prosper, Richardson, Sachse, Southlake, and University Park. 6. Will I have the same housekeepers each visit?

Our goal is to match you up with housekeepers you are very happy with so that the same people clean your home on a regular basis.

7. What type of payment do you except?

You may pay for your cleaning by cash, check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.

8. Is DIAL-A-MAID a bonded and insured company?

Yes. We know how important your home furnishings and belongings are to you and your family. We’re extremely careful but should an accident happen it’s good to know you are protected from loss, breakage or other damage that might occur during cleaning.

9. Will DIAL-A-MAID provide all of the cleaning supplies when they visit my home?

Yes, we bring all the standard supplies and equipment needed to clean your home. If the customer prefers specialized supplies or equipment, we ask that they be provided by the customer.

10. What hours are you available?

Normally DIAL-A-MAID provides maid service during the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday. In some instances, we may offer Saturday cleanings.

11. What if I want to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

To cancel your cleaning and/or to request that your maid service be rescheduled you may contact us by calling 214-363-1722. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are requesting that your cleaning be rescheduled we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and needs.

12. Does the homeowner need to be present when the housecleaning is performed?

That is the homeowner’s personal preference. In some cases, the homeowner may choose to be present, in other cases, they make arrangements by leaving a key or access to the property space to be serviced via a key or security permission, etc.

13. When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service rendered.

14. Do you require a contract for recurring service?

No. Although we do provide regularly scheduled visits, we retain our regular clients through quality and client satisfaction, not through contractual obligation.
