2. Why the first cleaning cost more?
When DIAL-A-MAID visits your home for the first time we give you our "Detailed Clean" with include baseboards, window sills and we clean many places most normal people never touch. We call this hidden dirt and most people do not see it but it's there and we tackle this on our first clean.

3. Is my service guaranteed? If so, how?
Yes we do, If you are not completely satisfied with any cleaning call us with-in 24 hours of the visit and we come back to your home and make it right.

4. How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?
To get a specific day or time please schedule at least two to three days in advance.

5. Do you provide DIAL-A-MAID cleaning service in my area?
DIAL-A-MAID provide complete house cleaning services in Addison, Allen, Arlington, Bedford, Carrollton, Cedar Hill, Coppell, Dallas, Desoto, Duncanville, Euless, Farmers Branch, Frisco, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Highland Park, Highland Village, Hurst, Irving, Las Colinas, Mc Kinney, Park Cities, Plano, Richardson, Southlake, The Colony and University Park, TX..

6. What is not included when DIAL-A-MAID visits my home?
Our "Detailed Cleaning" does not include the inside of the refrigerator, inside of the oven, ceiling fans, laundry or windows. If you would like one of these services added We do so upon request and at an additional charge.

7. How long will it take to clean my home?
Naturally, this can depend on the condition of the house and other variables, but as a rule, most homes we maintain on a regular basis are cleaned in 2 to 3 hours. This would be for most 3bed/2bath and up, smaller homes will take less time.

8. How many housekeepers will be visiting my home?
For most jobs 2 of our housekeepers is necessary but when appropriate we will send a team.

9. Will I have the same housekeepers each visit?
Our goal is to match you up with a housekeeper you are very happy with so that the same person cleans your home on a regular basis.

10. What type of payment do you except?
You may pay for your cleaning by cash, check or credit card.

11. Is DIAL-A-MAID a bonded and insured company?
Yes. We know how important your home furnishings and belongings are to you and your family. We're extremely careful but should an accident happen it's good to know you are protected from loss, breakage or other damage that might occur during cleaning.

12. Will DIAL-A-MAID provide all of the cleaning supplies when they visit my home?
We bring all the supplies and equipment needed to clean your home.

13. What is the advantage of hiring a professional cleaning service instead of an individual?
Professional cleaning services are licensed, bonded and fully insured including worker's compensation. You are not held responsible if an accident occurs at your home during a professional house cleaning. Most maid services offer on-going training in professional cleaning techniques and cleaning products.

14. What hours are you available?
Normally DIAL-A-MAID provides maid service during the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday. In some areas we may offer Saturday cleanings.

15. What if I want to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
To cancel your cleaning and/or to request that your maid service be rescheduled you may contact us by email Reschedule or call 214-363-1722. Please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are requesting that your cleaning be rescheduled we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and needs.

17. Will DIAL-A-MAID do laundry?
We are usually not inside a client's home long enough to provide this particular service. If you only have one or two loads we can get it done for an additional charge.

18. Will DIAL-A-MAID do windows?
We can clean the inside of the windows in your home. We do so upon request and at an additional charge. We will try our best to put you in contact with a reputable contractor to clean outside windows.

19. When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service rendered.

20. Do you require a contract for recurring service?
No. Although we do provide regularly scheduled visits, we retain our regular clients through quality and client satisfaction, not through contractual obligation.
